Feet often get neglected, but they deserve some love! Regular exercise strengthens, flexes, and improves balance, leading to happier feet and better overall mobility.

1. Calf Raise

2. Calf Stretch

3. Foot Rolling

4. Towel Curl  

5. Resistance Band Exercise

Bonus Tips:

  • Start slow and gradually increase repetitions and sets as you get stronger.
  • Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain.
  • Do these exercises barefoot

Remember: Strong, flexible feet benefit your entire body. So give these exercises a try! You might be surprised how good your feet (and your whole body) feel!
