What is the difference between the NEO Card, Prime and Executive+ plans?
The NEO Card at QR 250 per year gives unlimited consultations at QR 1 per visit and a 30% discount on diagnostics, making it ideal for chronic disease management. The Prime plan at QR 400 per year adds 50 covered laboratory tests, ECG, X-ray and ultrasound coverage and a QR 4,000 annual coverage cap. Can I use a SmartCare plan alongside my health insurance?
The NEO Card cannot be combined with insurance or active promotional offers. The Prime and Executive+ plans work independently of insurance and cover out-of-pocket outpatient expenses directly.

What does the QR 25 deductible per visit mean?
For the Prime and Executive+ plans, a small QR 25 co-payment is charged each time you visit a doctor at Wellkins. This per-visit deductible keeps the annual subscription cost lower while still providing unlimited access to all covered specialists. The NEO Card have no per-visit deductible.

What services are not covered under the SmartCare plans?
For the Prime and Executive+ plans, medicines, CT scans, MRI scans, obstetric services and cosmetic treatments are not included in the covered benefits.
