What benefits do I get with the Neo Card?
The Neo Card gives you doctor consultations at QAR 1 per visit and 30% off laboratory, radiology, dental and dermatology services at Wellkins Medical Centre. Both benefits are valid for one full year from card activation.
How much does each consultation cost with the Neo Card?
Each consultation costs QAR 1 with the Neo Card, effective from 2 May 2026 for new and renewed cards. Existing cardholders issued before this date are not affected and continue to enjoy unlimited consultations at no per-visit cost.
Can I add my family members to the Neo Card?
Each Neo Card is issued to one individual, but families can purchase multiple cards together at bulk pricing. Costs are QR 300 for 2 cards, QR 400 for 3, QR 450 for 4 and QR 500 for 5 cards. Members cannot be added retroactively to a card already issued.
Do bulk-purchased cards have the same benefits as a single card?
Yes. Each Neo Card in a bulk purchase is fully active for one year, gives consultations at QAR 1 per visit with any doctor at Wellkins, and includes the 30% discount on laboratory, radiology, dental and dermatology services.
Which services are not covered by the 30% discount?
The 30% discount excludes pharmacy, vaccinations, health packages and current promotional offers. The Neo Card cannot be combined with insurance billing.
How long is the Neo Card valid?
The Neo Card is valid for one year from the date of activation at Wellkins Medical Centre. Renewals can be processed at our front desk before the expiry date.
When can I collect my Neo Card?
Visit Wellkins Medical Centre during clinic hours: Saturday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For live assistance before your visit, message us on WhatsApp.
