Frequently Asked Questions
The length of the testing process depends on the specific tests included in the package. Generally, the sample collection is done quick and safe (such as in the case of bloodwork, ECG, urine analysis etc.) and should take no more than a few hours for you to receive your result reports via Wellkins’ Digital Health Locker or in person. However, please keep in mind that 8-10 hours of fasting may be required for tests like FBS in which case it is best to come early in the morning for sample collection.
The tests included in the healthcare testing packages are highly accurate. Wellkins uses state-of-the-art testing equipment and follows strict quality control protocols to ensure the accuracy of the results.
Most of the tests included in the packages are minimally invasive and painless. However, some tests may involve a blood draw or other procedure that could cause mild discomfort that lasts for a very short amount of time.
The frequency of healthcare testing depends on your age, health status, and other individual factors. We can provide guidance on how often you should get testing done based on your specific needs, but it is generally advised that you conduct routine health check-ups to stay alert about your health.
No need to worry if your results come back abnormal or positive as we are with you to help. The packages include a consultation with the concerned specialist where he/she will provide you with detailed information about what the results mean. They may recommend further investigations or referral to another specialist, depending on your specific situation.
