Dr. Preethi Sarma is an ENT Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Otorhinolaryngology, across India & Qatar. She graduated from Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram in India and went on to complete her DLO (Diploma in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology) from Govt. Medical College Kottayam. Later, she completed DNB (Diplomate of National Board in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, which is considered equivalent to Post Graduate Degree worldwide) from Govt.Medical College, Kottayam with Gold Medal (Topper in India). She received MNAMS (Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences, India) in 2011.
She has vast experience in the management of various Ear, Nose & Throat ailments from reputed hospitals in India including Govt. Medical College Kottayam, Govt. Health Service and various private institutions in Kerala. She started her career in Qatar in 2008, working in Doha Healthcare group as General Practitioner-ENT and Specialist in ENT for 12 years and then joined Qatar Gas. Before joining Wellkins Medical Centre, Dr. Preethi was working with Primary Healthcare Corporation, Qatar.
Her areas of special interest are Micro-Ear Surgery and Allergic Rhinitis. Dr. Preethi has pursued opportunities in continuing medical education, participating regularly in conferences, workshops, and scientific meetings. She is very passionate about her work and treats her patients with compassion and care. Dr. Preethi has research paper publications in international journals, including The American journal of Otolaryngology and is a member of many associations and societies of Otorhinolaryngology. She is fluent in English, Hindi & Malayalam languages and has working knowledge in Arabic.
