Wellkins Prime was designed to remove the "pay-per-test" anxiety. Instead of unpredictable bills, patients pay a flat annual membership fee that covers the essential medical needs including chronic disease management.

What’s Included in Your Wellkins Prime Membership:

Doctor Consultation

Members are eligible for unlimited consultations with with the doctors listed in the department below;

Laboratory Test & Radiology

Our plan covers a comprehensive set of 50 laboratory tests, ECG, X-ray, and ultrasound based on MEDICAL NECESSITY (includes tests like Lipid profile, HbA1c etc)

Medicines

Any medicines including injections are not included in the plan. Since, its Ministry regulated pricing, discounts are not applicable. However, you can opt for free home delivery of medicines to your home or office.

Access to Clinic

You will be given a wellkins prime health card to access the services. It is mandatory to present card to avail the services under this plan. The clinic is located near Ramada Signal, opp. Westin Hotel. The clinic is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, Saturday through Thursday and on Fridays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Coverage & Activation of the policy

The maximum coverage for this plan is Qr.4000/-. Activation of your WELLKINS prime plan will be completed within 48 hours.

Pricing

Package price is Qr.400 per annum with a deductible of Qr.25 for every visit except 10 days follow up period

For any tests/service apart from the list of 50 items provided will be payable with 25% discount on General tariff.

Things to know

The plan is subject to fair usage, intended for primary care and medical necessity.

The plan does not cover:

Medicines and injections
Obstetrics treatments and tests associated with it.
CT, MRI, ECHO, Holter Etc.
Any clinical procedures(Medical& Surgical), physiotherapy, clinical psychology will not be part of this plan
Wellness Packages, Self Request, Vaccinations, Cosmetics, STDs.
Treatments requested without medical necessity
Services outside plan scope or beyond the specified limits
Services after 11:00 PM and on Fridays and Doctor’s unavailability due to vacation or leave.
