Competition Timeline

• No pre registration required
• Submission Deadline (At School): 22 October 2025
• Exhibition, Official judgement & Public Voting at WELLKINS: 25 October to 3 November 2025
• Winners Announced: 5 November 2025
• Prize Distribution at PSD: 9 November 2025
• Public Exhibition and ranking for the Special Public Choice Award

All accepted poster entries will be prominently displayed at Wellkins Medical Centre, located opposite the Westin Hotel near Ramada Signal in Doha.
We warmly invite students, parents, teachers, friends and family to visit the Medical Centre during the exhibition period, from October 25 to November 3, 2025. Visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to view the creative works and cast their ranking for their favorite poster. This collective awareness movement encourages the wider community to engage with the “Environment Wellness” theme.

General Guidelines

1. Poster Size and Format

• Standard sizes: A3 (297 × 420 mm) paper or Chart Paper of the Same Size
• Posters must be flat and not framed.
• Orientation can be portrait or landscape.

2. Materials and Medium

• Posters must be handmade.
• Permitted materials for the competition:
  1.Pencils, crayons, sketch pens, oil pastels, markers
  2.Watercolors, poster paints, acrylic paints
  3.Collage items (cut-outs, paper bits, natural materials) 
  4.Chart paper, sketch paper, recycled paper

• NOT permitted:
  1.Digital printouts
  2.Pre-printed images or templates
  3.Canvas
  4.Use of harmful substances (glue with strong odor, glass, etc.)

3. Content and Theme

• Posters must clearly depict the given theme “Environment Wellness”.
• Should include a strong visual message.
• Use of slogans or titles is encouraged.
• Content must be non-violent and appropriate for public display

4. Originality

• Posters must be the original work of the participant.
• No plagiarism or use of copyrighted images or content.
• Previously submitted or published work is not allowed.

5. Participation Rules

• One entry per participant.
• Parents may provide support and guidance in the poster preparation, as the initiative aims
  to raise environmental awareness collectively among students and parents.

6. Labelling and Identification

• All participant information (name, grade, roll number, contact) should be written on the back of the poster.

7. Submission

• Must be submitted on or before the deadline at PSD
• Must be delivered in proper condition (not folded or damaged).
• Entries submitted for the competition will not be returned after evaluation and exhibition.

8. Disqualification Conditions

• Entry submitted after deadline.
• Use of digital/printed content.
