Our laboratory and clinic hours are as follows:
  • Saturday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM

We recommend arriving early for fasting blood tests. For any timing queries, WhatsApp us directly.
Yes, plain water is allowed and recommended during fasting. Avoid tea, coffee, juices, milk or any flavored beverages. Staying well hydrated also helps our team locate your vein more easily at the time of sample collection.
Yes. Many of our health screenings and wellness panels can be booked directly without a prior prescription. If you're unsure which tests are right for you, our team can guide you. You can also consider one of our Health Packages which include a curated panel tailored to your needs.
Most routine test reports are ready within 2 to 3 hours. Certain tests have a longer turnaround time. For example, thyroid tests are released on Mondays and Thursdays, Vitamin D results are released on Thursdays, and outsourced tests may take one day to two weeks. Once your report is released you will receive an SMS notification to access your Wellkins Digital Health Locker. All critical results that need urgent attention will be communicated to you and your doctor directly by phone.
The findings of your X-Ray or USG are shared with your doctor immediately. The formal report is then released and updated in the system as follows: if taken in the morning session, expect it by evening; if taken in the evening session, expect it the following morning. We strive to complete all reports at the earliest. All critical results that need urgent attention will be communicated to you and your doctor directly by phone.
