Regulatory Compliance
Our tele-consultation service fully complies with MOPH Circular No. DHP/2024/04 to ensure you receive safe, legal and high-quality care.
In accordance with MOPH regulations, sick leave certificates cannot be issued through a tele-consultation. A physical, face-to-face examination at Wellkins Medical Centre is required to issue a sick leave.
Prescriptions issued during your tele-consultation will be saved to your personal Health Locker, accessible at wellkins.com/ai. Most medications can be purchased from any pharmacy using your digital prescription. However, antibiotics must be fulfilled exclusively through Wellkins' home delivery service. Your doctor will arrange this for you following your consultation.
