Eligibility:

1.1. The Health and Wellness Rewards Points Program (hereinafter referred to as “WELLKINS REWARDS”) is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old with a valid QID & Valid Qatar Mobile number.
1.2. Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Earning Points:

2.1. Participants can earn health and wellness rewards points (hereinafter referred to as “Points”) by participating in  or purchasing any health and wellness-related products or services designated by WELLKINS REWARDS program.
2.2. Examples of eligible activities may include but are not limited to:
– A gym membership
– Purchase of a sport, health or wellness related product
– Any Pharmacy Invoice
– Any Wellness Checkups or packages
– Participating in fitness classes, programs or Dance Classes (eg:yoga, Zumba)
– Attending or Volunteering for health education seminars or workshops or medical camps
– Any expenses towards coaching/playing a specific sport which involves physical activity (Badminton, Football, Cricket etc)
2.3. WELLKINS REWARDS program reserves the right to modify the list of eligible activities and associated Point values at its sole discretion.

Point Accumulation and Redemption:

3.1. Points will be accumulated in the participant’s account based on the amount spend on a 1:1 ratio or based on the published points against the completion of eligible activities as determined by Wellkins.

3.2. WELLKINS REWARDS will establish a conversion rate to determine the value of Points earned. (100 point = 2.5 Qr)
3.3. Points earned  shall be covered to equivanlt Qr at the end of every month. It can be redeemed at Wellkins Medical Centre against any medical expenses except Pharmacy, Injections and Vaccines.
3.4. The redemption options, availability, and Point values for rewards are subject to change at the Organization’s discretion.
3.5 All points are accumulated under the given Qatar mobile number

Point Expiry:

4.1. Points earned through the Program may have an expiration date which will be notified time to time with an SMS alert.
4.2. The participant will be responsible for utilizing their Points within the specified validity period, and the Organization will not be liable for any expired or forfeited Points.

Privacy and Data Usage:

5.1. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information and health data by Wellkins for the purposes of administering the Program and providing personalized health and wellness services.
5.2. Wellkins will handle participant data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Participant data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Without explicit consent, except as required by law or for the purposes of administering the Program.

Program Modifications and Termination:

6.1. The Organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof, including the Points, rewards, or eligibility criteria, at any time and without prior notice.
6.2. In the event of Program termination, WELLKINS REWARDS will provide reasonable notice to participants regarding the discontinuation of the Program and any alternative options (if any) for redeeming accumulated Points.

Program Compliance:

7.1. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to their participation in the Program.
7.2. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to tampering with the Program or attempting to accumulate Points through unauthorized means, may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all accumulated Points.

Disclaimer:

8.1. The Organization does not guarantee the availability or quality of rewards offered through the Program, and is not responsible for any defects, damages, or losses arising from the use of rewards.
8.2. Participation in the Program does not substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Participants should consult with healthcare professionals before engaging in any health and wellness activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the State of Qatar.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the mentioned jurisdiction. By participating in the Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Upload a supporting document (Eg.Invoice)
• Wellkins Rewards team will verify your details and credit wellness points against your QID
• Wellness points will be converted to Wellkins Wallet on a monthly basis ( 100 points = Qr.2.50/-) 
• Wallet balance can be redeemed for any medical expenses except Pharmacy, Injections & Vaccines.
