Who is this program for? +

This program is designed for adults who have been diagnosed with or suspect they have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It's also suitable if you're overweight, have elevated liver enzymes or have been told by a doctor that your liver shows signs of fat accumulation. If you're unsure, the initial consultation with Dr. Jacob Neil will assess your suitability.

How are the 6 consultations scheduled? +

Consultations are spread across the full 90 days, roughly one every two weeks. This cadence allows Dr. Jacob Neil to track your progress, address any challenges and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

Will I need to take medication? +

This is a lifestyle-based program. The goal is to reverse fatty liver through diet, exercise and stress management, not medication. However, if Dr. Jacob Neil identifies any underlying conditions during the program, he may recommend additional medical interventions as needed.

I have diabetes / high cholesterol. Can I still join? +

Yes. Fatty liver is often linked to metabolic conditions like diabetes and dyslipidemia. Dr. Jacob Neil will take your existing conditions into account when designing your plan. In fact, many participants find that improving their liver health also improves their metabolic markers.

Where does the program take place? +

All consultations and diagnostic tests take place at Wellkins Medical Centre, located opposite the Westin Hotel at Ramada Signal, Doha. Clinic hours are Saturday–Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
